Set to energizing music, this class challenges both the mind and body while remaining accessible to all fitness levels. Enhanced with red light therapy mats + vibrational plates for muscle recovery and overall well-being; including decreased inflammation / cellular function/ nervous system reset. Best to have exposed skin for better penetration of light therapy. Therapeutic benefits of redlight therapy seen best when done 2-3 times weekly. All levels welcome.
