A slow, restorative yoga class designed to release deep tension in the muscles and connective tissue. Held with calming R&B music, each pose is held for an extended period to promote relaxation, flexibility, and stress relief. Enhanced with red light therapy mats + vibrational plates for added recovery and wellness benefits, including decreased inflammation / cellular function/ nervous system reset. Best to have exposed skin for better penetration of light therapy. Therapeutic benefits of redlight therapy seen best when done 2-3 times weekly. All levels welcome.
